I used to try to sell my paintings, and I've sold a few over the years.  But selling paintings is difficult.  In the first place, only a relatively few people even like my paintings, and in the second place, even fewer want to shell out good money for them.  So I do not even try anymore.  I paint simply because I enjoy it. 

And I enjoy seeing the fruits of my labor... they are hanging all around my house.  Perhaps other people might enjoy seeing what I do too, so I've made this site.  It is nothing fancy.  If you click on an image it will become larger and you can see it better.  Give it a try.

All of my paintings are in oil.  Most are on stretched canvas, although a few are on wood.  If you see one you like and it is not already in someone else's collection, ask me for it and I might just give it to you.
